Poem Card Once upon a time I was just a hanky. Then a beautiful princess added a stitch or two and made me into a Blessing Bonnet. Today I am then worn on my christening day and packed away for latter. As the story goes a bride always carries something "old". By pulling a stitch or two, the bonnet is now a hanky again. Also if I am boy, to my bride I now can present her with the hanky that was once worn upon my head.
